Annette Wehrhahn
ROOM 506
Moving around inside my vessel I am
transmitting and receiving messages.
I hear something said and get a mental picture,
catch a glimpse of my shoes as I write an e-mail.
I know there is a back to me because
I am leaning against the wall, I can’t see it,
but I sense it nearby. Everything is giving off
signals. Sometimes I am a receiver and can
collect them, on a bad day I am insulated,
and nothing gets through. I send out constant
signals, sometimes intentionally and sometimes
without awareness. What can I do for you today
yellow t-shirt? What is the appropriate response
to this leg, phrase and ridiculous line.
In the studio problems get created and
sometimes resolved, certain unplanned
“mistakes” are kept and others are replaced.
I serve as the information processor, trying to
catch a signal, responding, and asking.
