Birthday Parties

Wythe offers celebrations of all scales from candlelit dinners in The Cellar to drinks and dancing above the rooftops in Bar Blondeau. Main Hall
The Main Hall is the heart of Wythe Hotel. A beautifully restored industrial space, it features soaring pine ceilings, exposed masonry walls, a marble-topped bar, and large steel-framed windows that flood the room with natural light. At 2,100 square feet, the room's generous proportions are well suited for weddings, large rehearsal dinners, and major milestone events. The space has a flexible floor plan that adapts seamlessly to a wide range of event formats—from cocktail receptions to seated dinners, dancing, and more.
From April through November, the space includes private access to the Garden Terrace, a landscaped courtyard perfect for cocktails, dinner parties, or dancing under the stars.

Garden Terrace
The Garden Terrace is an open-air courtyard framed by original brick walls and climbing greenery. The 1,800-square-foot space features a private bar and an industrial-style garden gate with a private entrance on Wythe Avenue, making it well suited for cocktail receptions, welcome parties, engagement celebrations, birthday parties, and other milestone gatherings. Available from April through November, it is equipped with a retractable awning, seasonal heaters, and fans for comfort throughout the season.

Bar Blondeau
Bar Blondeau is a 5,400-square-foot rooftop venue with unobstructed views of the Manhattan skyline. The space features a stylishly appointed lounge with floor-to-ceiling windows for indoor seating year-round, along with an expansive wraparound terrace for outdoor events from May through October. Available for both semi-private events and full buyouts, it is ideal for engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, wedding celebrations, milestone birthdays, and other celebratory gatherings.

Penthouse Loft
The Penthouse Loft is a bright, airy venue with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Manhattan skyline. At 1,350 square feet, the flexible space is well suited for smaller gatherings including engagement parties, birthday celebrations, baby showers, and rehearsal dinners. The Loft features a terrace with panoramic city views, creating a private outdoor extension for sunset cocktail receptions.

The Cellar
The private dining room of our acclaimed restaurant, Le Crocodile, The Cellar is a distinctive setting for rehearsal dinners, engagement celebrations, birthday dinners, and other milestone gatherings. The 550-square-foot space pairs original brick walls and vaulted ceilings with warm oak paneling and antique crystal chandeliers, creating an atmosphere that is warm, polished, and full of character. Tucked away on the floor beneath the restaurant, The Cellar feels like a well-kept secret perfect for seated dinners and cocktail receptions alike.

South 7th Loft
The South 7th Loft is a light-filled space ideal for rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, daytime showers, birthdays, and other celebratory gatherings. At 700 square feet, the flexible layout is well suited for intimate seated dinners and small-format cocktail receptions.

Screening Room & Speakeasy Bar
The Screening Room is a one-of-a-kind setting for unforgettable gatherings. Designed to resemble a classic cinema, the 50-seat theater features red velvet seating, exposed brick walls, and an original vaulted ceiling, making it the ideal venue for movie screenings, karaoke, and other private viewing experiences.
Rental includes exclusive access to the adjoining 550-square-foot Speakeasy Bar, allowing events to transition seamlessly between entertainment, cocktails, and conversation. A private entrance and dedicated marquee sign on Wythe Avenue create an arrival experience that feels celebratory and unforgettable.
