The Doux’s team conducted an extensive borough-wide search before discovering their ideal venue in Bar Blondeau. From early walk-throughs to meetings, both virtual and in-person, Wythe’s Events Team worked intently with The Doux to plan their perfect celebration. What was originally a launch dinner quickly evolved and expanded into drinks, a presentation, dinner, and dancing, all of which took place throughout the hotel’s many unique events spaces.

The Doux’s launch party began with a presentation in The Screening Room, and specialty cocktails in The Speakeasy Bar. Guests were invited up to Bar Blondeau for dinner where panoramic views of Manhattan’s illuminated skyscrapers paired exceptionally well with the iridescent packaging and decor of The Doux's Block Party. Wythe’s culinary team prepared a celebratory dinner of Le Crocodile classics, including Roast Chicken and Frites, Waldorf Salad, passed desserts, and custom Whiskey Sour Twists, with fresh ginger syrup.
