For groups requiring more than 40 guestrooms, we can coordinate overflow room blocks with neighboring hotels located less than 500 feet from our property in Williamsburg, allowing all attendees to remain within walking distance. Our team coordinates meeting space, catering, AV, and Wythe guestroom blocks under one streamlined contract.

Yes, all catering is provided by Le Crocodile, our in-house New York Times three-star French brasserie. We offer seasonal menus with locally-sourced ingredients and can customize for dietary restrictions. We request final needs 14 days before your event. Outside catering is not permitted, with limited exceptions for dietary accommodations such as kosher or halal meals for individual guests.

Yes. The Main Hall, Penthouse Loft, and Screening Room include built-in projector and screen access complimentary. All spaces feature built-in speakers for music playback. In-house AV rentals are available with an AV technician included. Larger-scale production can be arranged through our preferred AV partner. Outside AV vendors are also permitted with approval and a Certificate of Insurance.
