Whether you're planning a festive cocktail reception or an end-of-year dinner, bring your team and clients together in Wythe's Main Hall and Garden Terrace, surrounded by the charm of our historic Brooklyn building and unforgettable food from our three-star French brasserie, Le Crocodile.
Main Hall
The Main Hall is a beautifully restored industrial space with soaring pine ceilings, exposed masonry walls, and large steel-framed windows that flood the room with natural light. At 2,100 square feet, the room's generous proportions and flexible layout comfortably adapt to a variety of event formats including company conferences, cocktail receptions, dinners, brand activations, and more.
From April through November, the space includes private access to the Garden Terrace, a landscaped courtyard ideal for networking, meals, and event breaks. The rental also includes complimentary use of a built-in projector and 140” x 72” screen.

Garden Terrace
The Garden Terrace is an open-air courtyard framed by original brick walls and climbing greenery. The 1,800-square-foot space features a private bar and an industrial-style garden gate with a private entrance on Wythe Avenue, making it well suited for cocktail receptions, celebratory dinners, and brand activations. Available from April through November, it is equipped with a retractable awning, seasonal heaters, and fans for comfort throughout the season.

Penthouse Loft
The Penthouse Loft is a bright, airy venue with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Manhattan skyline. At 1,350 square feet, the flexible space is well suited for smaller gatherings including executive offsites, board meetings, client dinners, cocktail receptions, and product launches. The Loft also features a private terrace ideal for coffee breaks and sunset receptions. Rental includes complimentary use of a built-in projector and 102” x 64” screen.

Bar Blondeau
Bar Blondeau is a 5,400-square-foot rooftop venue with unobstructed views of the Manhattan skyline. The space features a stylishly appointed lounge with floor-to-ceiling windows for indoor seating year-round, along with an expansive wraparound terrace for outdoor events from May through October.
Available for both semi-private events and full buyouts, the space is perfect for client entertainment, networking events, team celebrations, and brand activations.

The Cellar
An extension of our acclaimed restaurant, Le Crocodile, The Cellar is a distinctive setting for private dinners, executive meetings, and breakout sessions. The 550-square-foot space pairs original brick walls and vaulted ceilings with warm oak paneling and antique crystal chandeliers, creating an atmosphere that is warm, polished, and full of character. For presentations, a 52” TV is available for a daily rental fee.

Screening Room & Speakeasy Bar
The Screening Room offers a distinctive setting for company presentations, town halls, breakout sessions, and private screenings. Designed to resemble a classic cinema, the 50-seat theater features red velvet seating, exposed brick walls, and an original vaulted ceiling. A private entrance and dedicated marquee sign on Wythe Avenue create a memorable arrival experience for guests. Rental includes exclusive access to the adjoining 550-square-foot Speakeasy Bar, allowing events to transition seamlessly between screenings, cocktails, and conversation.

South 7th Loft
The South 7th Loft is a light-filled space ideal for board meetings, company workshops, presentations, and smaller team gatherings.
